▶ Tickets that have not gone through the formal purchase process through the booking office cannot be canceled or refunded.
▶ Change/cancel/refund of tickets can only be made at the relevant booking office within a fixed period of time. After the closing time of ticket reservation/cancellation, change of the date of performance or refund is not allowed.
(Please note that cancellation/refund is not possible after the cancellation deadline even if you do not watch this performance.)
